can I break an online contract with a payday advance company?
I was looking for a payday advance online and was denied by all.
Apparently I consented to a fee of $150.00. I received no services from them but the charged my account. Is there anything I can do?

If on a credit card, dispute the charge

That sucks. They are taking advantage of people who they know will not have the money to fight them in court. Report to Better Business Bureau and to FCC as fraud. They both have consumer complaint forms and numbers on their website. They may waive the charge to get the feds off their back. It sounds like you may have been taken by a scam. Definitely dispute the charge with your credit card company. And next time, read the fine print.
