Check your states rules on payday loans some have outlawed them and the borrower does NOT have to pay them back.

I've had good results here...

Good Luck.

They can take you to court, but I doubt very much that they will for only $126. For such a small sum, pay them the money.

Just pay them something....whatever amount you can afford, no matter how small. It shows your intent to pay and may prevent going to court. If you do go to court, they will demand you pay as you can. BUT, if you make a small payment now, it reduces your "crime" to slow payment rather than a "failure to pay".

I know it may seem like a very small amount to me and you, but to them it is their business. What they would do is sue you for that amount by going to small claims court or something like that. Then they would sue you for the court costs. This basically makes you pay for their time and pay back the loan.

Yes, they can take you to court. You signed an agreement when you took out the "loan", just like a contract. They would sue you for the amount owed and court costs.
