Has anyone ever been unable to pay on a payday advance loan? What happened as a result?
Did you stop payment on the check or cancel your bank account? Or were you able to work out an agreement with them? I am unable to pay the fees or the balance and I do not know what to do.Your experiences could help.

Wrong answer, Obviously whoever loaned you money didn’t have the intellegence to sue you! If you don’t pay the pay day lender has every right to sue you, and garnish your wages. You signed a contract and when you default and don’t pay….off you go to court and a judgement is awarded, and yes, it goes on your credit report as a judgement because you didn’t pay.

my husband and i had the same problem a few years ago. they ended up garnishing my husband’s wages because we couldn’t pay. my suggestion would be to pay them as much as you possibly can every month until it’s paid off. don’t put it off like we did.

Well in the movies if you dont pay it back you get a brick through your window or someone comes to break your kneecaps

Are you crazy to get money from these places! They charge you so much interest rate it’s not funny! They outlawed those pay day advances in the state where I live (North Carolina) I think they pray on the poor and elderly. I am glad to see them gone.

They bank on people like you, it’s their bread and butter. Please never again use one of these places because they are the modern day loan sharks and once you’re caught it’s really difficult to catch up financially.
You’ll want to research this some more….
Have a nice day.
