No offense, but you don't want to be in the hole with him. He needs to seek outside help. Go to the bank (if he has a good relationship with them) and see if they can help him. If not, he needs to find a friend or family member that could/would loan him the money all at one time so that he could pay them off. It is a vicious cycle!! Good luck!
