One of the fastest ways to get cash with bad credit, and little hassle, would be with a payday loan. Yes they have terrible interest rates but they are taking a risk. They can legally sue you and garnish your wages. If you did use a checking account they can run the check and send it to DA for prosecution as worthless.
If you are asking for yourself..my advice would be to pay them. When they end up taking legal action against you, your court costs/attorney fees/legal fees will more than double what you owe.

never used one cause using one is stupid. stupid tax like dave ramsey says.

but I would think that they could eventually sue you, take you to court, and they will get their money one way or another.
