dont have the money to pay back a cash advace?
so i took out a cash advance. i dont have the money to pay it back. today i called the loan place and they said they just sent it to collections….
how long will i have through collections to pay it back before the loan place will probably take legal action?

try to work out a payment plan BEFORE it goes to collections

Try and pay something back however small it may be just to keep them off your back.
You usually get a notice to say it has been passed on the collectors and you have 7 days to pay.
They start adding call out charges if they send people to your address.
Go to C.A.B as they can talk to them for you and arrange a payment plan.

Did you ask them about a payment plan? Most cash advance place will allow you an extension and pay fees only until you can pay the loan off in full
