If you signed a contract then it is very possible that you will end up in court. Now if you borrowed less than $1500, I believe that would end up in small claims.

but it really does not matter whether you end up in court or not. You don’t want any bad credit, especially if you are young.

No since in starting out your adult life with bad credit. There are going to be so many things you are going to want.

Be careful if you need to apply for an online payday loan. Each state has different laws, and I’m not sure about rules and regulations. Try contacting a local cash advance office so you can get help before taking out the loan.

Well, the papers you sign when you get the cash advance make it a loan. Always look at their fine print and if you dont pay it ….then the interest is accumulating….which they love, because they will get their money. Since it is like a loan they can take you to court and garnish your wages.

Yup , court is in your future unless you pay .
The payday loans have a regular slot at court because so many people default .

If you check the fine print , your final debt may end up equaling about 3 times what you borrowed
( like if it was $500 , you’ll owe $1500 )
Because of all the late fees and penalties .

The dollar you get from those places is so not worth the hell you get later .
Better to go to a temp agency and get a 2nd job than have the devil after you because of a quickie loan .

Was it from a credit card? If so, you should call the credit card company. You’ll have to make payments and there will be interest.

If it was some other type of cash advance, you need to give more information for a better answer.

from whom did you get a cash advance? If it’s a job then they’ll take it out of your check if you can’t pay it all back. Working something out with them… But if its a loan company then yeah… Might get served.
