I want to be able to get a pre-paid card or a cash card so that I can purchase goods mainly online. However, I want to be able to use my card to get cash from any ATM machine.

a ‘prepaid ‘ credit/debt card requires no ‘credit check’
‘prepaid’ credit/debt cards are = to gift cards. LOSE and it is cash.
